The Société Céramique Maestricht produced domestic and decorative pottery. This exquisite sober early 20th century brush box was part of a bigger vanity set with ewer, basin, soap box and often bedpan. Many different bathroom sets were made by the Société Céramique factory with diverse forms and motives. This cream colored piece has the peculiarity that it totally lacks any decorative patterns. Pristine condition. No chips or cracks.
