A striking brutalist ceramic wall art piece by F.Sanchez. Very collectible and would make a good addition to any retro interior.

Similar designs in different dimensions were produced for Belgian studio pottery makers Amphora and Perignem. Vallauris (France) and Knabstrup (Denmark) also produced high quality ceramic decorations. Next to figurative work ashtrays and buffet dishes were also made by F. Sanchez. Items are always signed with 'F. Sanchez' on the bottom.

The orange is almost fluorescent, a nice contrast with the chocolate brown stoneware with metallic finish.
