Frans Gregoor cat tea light holder

This delightful cat shaped candle mask was designed and made by Belgian ceramic artist Frans Gregoor. The tea light holder is glazed on the outside.

Its burgundy colour is applied by spraying porcelein on the shape. This is a self-invented technique developed by Gregoor who has been producing lighting objects and ceramic ware since 1976.

His work has been exhibited in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Ireland and Greece.
